The Director and Principal Consultant of Sublime Business Solutions, Greg is a highly experienced information system professional with over 20 years’ experience as a senior manager responsible for ICT and Knowledge Management in the Victorian Water Industry.
Greg has managed and successfully delivered a large range of information system solutions both prior to and after establishing Sublime Business Solutions. His vast management experience manifests itself in his thorough knowledge of business processes, information systems, data and information.
Greg attributes much of his success to way in which he leads and works with people, as it is the people elements of software based solutions that most often make or break such projects.
Greg is a specialist in the field of software acquisition to meet business needs, including such skills as needs analysis, development of tender documentation, tender evaluation, solution implementation and is a highly experienced and qualified project manager.
