It is with much pleasure that I welcome you to our new Sublime Business Solutions website and my first News/Blog article.
While it has taken me longer than planned to find the time to dedicate to the development of the Sublime website, I am very pleased with the result and would like to take the opportunity to thank Rod and his fantastic team at Brown Ink Design for their creative input to the design and the construction of this site.
Sublime Business Solutions stemmed from my passion to work with organisations to improve their business performance through the smart use of business information systems, not just from a technology perspective, but just as importantly from information, process and people perspectives. It is never as simple as “We want a new Finance System or CRM”; it is about what the organisation really needs to improve business performance for a positive return on investment.
At the end of the day, it is all about getting it right, to get it wrong is to sentence your organisation to unnecessary direct and indirect costs for years to come.
In future News items I will take a look in more detail at some of the pitfalls that organisations experience in aligning their business information systems with their business and functional requirements, and how to avoid those pitfalls. I will also endeavour to demystify some of the jargon and concepts associated with maintaining a healthy business information system environment, as well as any exciting business news from Sublime Business Solutions.
With this being my first article on my first website there is a reasonable chance that I haven’t got everything exactly perfect, so I welcome feedback, both positive and negative (be kind), to help me provide you with the valuable information you seek.
